Located in a quiet residential area in the suburbs south of the bustling Pest center, this hotel is near the subway and tram stop, providing easy access to the city center. the spacious and clean rooms offer comfortable beds and some have lovely outdoor views. the helpful staff serve up a tasty breakfast in the bright dining room and the swimming pool is a bonus for those seeking a refresh after sightseeing all day.
Some guests have reported issues with mold in the bathrooms, which detracts from an otherwise pleasant stay.

All good — we loved this small hotel — the food was FRESH and the staff were competent. Everything was fine, generous and delicious breakfast. The location was perfect, not too far away from a multi - purpose stadium. It also was in a lively neighbourhood.

the prices were very reasonable, especially for the minibar. It was great to have such a large room with a wooden attic feel. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked perfectly. The staff were discreet and helpful, and the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful garden. It was also convenient to have the bus stop just a few minutes away, making it easy to reach the center.
Everything was fine and there was nothing that needed improvement.

Our stay was amazing. Everything was great about this hotel! Definitely would recommend to others. For the value we got much more than we thought. Loved the breakfast every morning and laying poolside in the afternoon. The walk to the metro was less than 10 minutes and stops away from Central Budapest. Loved staying here. Stay very helpful and spoke great English. Family like environment here. We are young backpackers and this has been our favorite place we have stayed in the 8 countries we have visited here in Europe. People complain about the walk, it's not bad at all. Like 3 small blocks, in a quite nice neighborhood. Loved it here!
No laundry close by, and the hotel offers it was just a bit pricey for us. Everything else was spectacular

Very quiet location, there are enough parking spaces in the street. In addition, the hotel has its own enclosed parking space. Beautiful garden with a small clean pool. Very good buffet breakfast (proportion to the price of rooms).
Nearest metro station is about 1km from the hotel (15 minutes walking). Air-conditioning only in rooms on the first floor and they can handle only the hotel staff (no possibility to turn it on or off in the room, but it has to do the hotel staff at your call). No mesh on the windows, in summer time you must have devices against mosquitoes - insects.

The Hotel Staff is very friendly, excellent breakfast, very nice garden with warm pool (30°c!), parking area within the enclosed hotel facility. Very silent area around but only 10 min. Walk to the next metro station.

Excellent staff, good advice on local amenities, swimming pool - great!!! Nice Breakfast, indoor car parking - all good. Location - nice and quiet side street.
Unfortunately Internet not always worked even on public computer. Not many places for eating out directly within 10-15 minutes walk. You need to go further to the centre of the city. Convinient to motorways and main car roots though.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great with a lovely pool which was perfect for the summer months. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ensuring our needs were met. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that it was located in a nice quiet area, with plenty of space for parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast was quite good too!
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Friendly stuff, nice breakfast, good location. The rooms were big, clean and re-furnished. Really nice hotel.
First, on our arrival the car parking was full. We had to leave the car in the street, but nevertheless near our windows and as the stuff said, "under the cameras". All other days nobody asked us to re-place the car in the parking in yard of the hotel. Second, in the description of the hotel it is said that credit cards are accpetable. But there is no information anywhere that if one pays with the credit card, 6% more should be added to the room price. We were badly surprised with this at check-out. Moreover, if you prefer to pay cash forints, the course HUF/EUR is very-very high (292 HUF per 1 EUR). The cheapest way is to pay cash Euro. Nice hotel, but I was uppset with these payment "features". Be careful with it.

The design of the hotel and the rooms is very nice, with a lot of interesting paintings. The bath was also nice and clean. The pool and the park are excellent to relax. The breakfast was very good. The stuff speaks English and gives all the directions to the tourist attractions. I had a very pleasant stay!
The nearest metro is 500m away and the the nearest trams are in about 5-10 walking minutes away.
